Mechanical & Electrical Permits
The City of Belgrade Building Department has become certified by the State of Montana Building Codes Bureau to conduct mechanical and electrical inspections within the Belgrade City limits. Going forward, all residential and commercial electrical permits will be issued by the City of Belgrade Building Department and not the State of Montana Building Codes Bureau. A copy of the City's permit application forms is attached. Please use the applicable form for your permit. All checks should be made out to the City of Belgrade.
Inspections for permits that have been issued by the State will still be conducted by the State inspectors. If you have any questions, please contact the Belgrade Building Department at 406-388-3560 or email us.
