Fitness at the Library

We offer a variety of fitness classes for adults at the library. These rotate on a seasonal basis. Our current offerings include:

2022 Fall Low Impact Cardio Slide

Low Impact Cardio, our indoor walking exercise class, is back for the fall starting Sept 12.

Join Circulation Specialist Kathleen for an hour of fun and fitness with friends! Bring your comfortable shoes and water bottle.

Every Monday and Wednesday from 5-6PM in the library’s meeting room.

What: Gentle yoga with Terry Hawley of Tea Leaf Yoga
Where: Library’s Upstairs Meeting Room
When: Tuesdays from 2:00-3:00PM
Dates: January 11 – March 29 (no yoga on February 8)
How: No registration is required, though you will be asked to sign a disclaimer before your first session.
Bring: Your own mat and any props you want or need. A water bottle if desired.
