We offer a variety of fitness classes for adults at the library. These rotate on a seasonal basis. Our current offerings include:
Gentle Yoga with Terry
Terry Hawley of Tea Leaf Yoga hosts a free Gentle Yoga class each week at the library!
During Summer 2023, this class will be held during the following times and locations:
Tuesdays 2-3PM: Always inside Thursdays 12-1PM: Outside during nice weather; inside during inclement weather.
No registration is required, though you will be asked to sign a disclaimer before your first session. Bring your own mat and any props you want or need. The library has extra supplies for participants, as well.
