Winter Wonderland Watch Party

Step into the enchanting world of our Winter Wonderland Watch Party at the Belgrade Community Library on Dec 9, from 6-8PM! Immerse yourself in the holiday spirit as we celebrate the magic of the season with an evening filled with joy and excitement. 

Join us for a festive atmosphere featuring delightful music, engaging crafts, entertaining games, and delicious cookies that will surely warm your heart. Stay warm as you wait for the spectacular Christmas Convoy to pass by the library around 7PM! 

This event is sponsored by Belgrade Community Library Foundation, and Peaks to Plains Realty is sponsoring the sweet treats and hot drinks.


Fourth Friday Fire Station Tours

*Sign-up Required*: Join us on our monthly all-ages tours of Central Valley Fire District Station 1, located at 215 Wings Way! See firetrucks up close and learn about firefighting, safety, and life as a firefighter!

Youth Winter Reading 2023-24

Mon, Dec 11 - Wed, Feb 14

What's better during the winter than cozying up with lots of books? Children, teens and families are invited to join us for our 2023-2024 Youth Winter Reading Program: "Secrets of the Winter Solstice." Stop by the library to pick up a free book and grab your winter reading Bingo and log sheet when you sign up for the program! Completed and returned sheets will count as entries toward several experience prize giveaways for children and teens, and a secret scratch-off wintry code can be redeemed for a coupon for a free Dairy Queen treat!

_Fall storytime_website

Babies & Books

Thursdays  ||  10:15 to 11AM

Babies and Books features books, songs, and activities geared toward children ages 0-3. The last 10-15 minutes are saved for socialization and play. Siblings of all ages welcome.


Preschool Storytime

Fridays  ||  10:15 to 11AM

Preschool Storytime is geared to children ages 3-6, featuring songs, rhymes, and stories with slightly more complex structure. This is followed up by a related craft or activity. Siblings of all ages welcome.


**Please note that there will be no storytimes on Dec. 21, 22, 28 and 29.**


Get Up & Move

Wednesdays  ||  10:15 to 11AM

Our preschool exercise program continues through the September-May school year! Sessions are designed for children ages 2-6, but younger children may attend if they are able to follow simple instructions, and are able to complete basic motor and balance tasks. Sessions regularly alternate between Zumba Kids, Jr., and creative movement taught by a trained ballet dancer!


Siblings of all ages welcome.


**Please note that there will be no Get Up & Move on Dec. 20 and 27 for Winter Break.**

K-6 After School Clubs

Fridays  ||  2:30 to 4PM

Our K-6 After School Clubs are back for the school year!


Clubs will alternate between Crafty/Art Club, LEGO Club, STEAM Club, Board Games/Domino Topple/Puzzle Club, and the occasional Community Club, when children may participate in small project that benefits the local community!


Sign-up may be necessary for Arts & Crafts Club; please check here to confirm each month.
