Summer 2023 STEAM Minicamps

Join Belgrade Community Library for STEAM Minicamps this summer!

Each camp week will experiment and explore along a different theme. The camps have been designed for Grades 3 through 6 and parents are recommended to drop their children off, but may stay if they wish or if their child(ren) need the support.

Camp activities will take place outside when possible.

Camps run Monday through Wednesday; 10:30 am to Noon, with the exception of Geology Rocks! (Tuesday through Thursday).

  • July 10-12: Amazing Animals!

At Amazing Animals!, children will get to enjoy visits from both the Montana Raptor Conservation Center and the Museum of the Rockies, and will learn about animal groupings, animal tracks, fossils, dinosaurs and birds!

  • July 24-26: Blasting Off Into Space! 

For Blasting Off Into Space!, children will explore space, constellations, rocket ships, air vehicles, and much more using a plethora of hands-on crafts and activities!
