Teen Advisory Group

Teen Advisory Group, or TAG, is a teen social group run for and by teens (ages 12-18/grades 6-12)! TAG typically meets twice a month: for a Business Meeting to determine upcoming social events, and for the social events themselves.

Business Meeting

Business meetings are open to all interested teens! At each meeting, we discuss programs that community teens are interested in, and anything they have on their minds. Snacks are always served, of course, and no prior experience is needed, nor sign-up. A bonus consideration: participating in TAG business meetings can count toward volunteer hours!

Social Events

TAG events can have a wide array of themes and activities... from scavenger hunts to water gun fights to adulting classes, and everything in between. These are events are chosen by the teens for the teens at the business meeting. And the library provides the means to pull these events off.
