Belgrade City Animal Control Ordinance (4-1-2A) requires all dogs over the age of six months to be licensed by the City of Belgrade. In addition, Belgrade City Ordinance 40105 allows for only two dogs per lot in the city limits of Belgrade.
Dog licenses are only valid for the calendar year and are due on January 1. Licenses will be deemed delinquent and subject to citation after January 25 each year if not renewed.
